Focus and Scope

Focus:
The Journal of HR Management aims to be a forum for current research in the field of human resource management (HRM). The main focus of this journal is to publish articles that address various aspects of HRM with theoretical, conceptual, and empirical approaches. The journal also encourages discussion and exchange of innovative ideas on best practices in HRM in various organisational contexts.

Scope:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Articles that discuss strategies, techniques, and tools in the employee recruitment and selection process, including the use of psychometric tests, interviews, and aptitude evaluations.
