Reviewer Guidelines

Journal of Therapia (JOT) is a peer-reviewed, open access international journal established for the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge and providing comprehensive insights on all aspects of life.

Submitted articles will first be reviewed by the editors to determine whether the manuscript conforms to JOP's author guidelines. Articles that have conformed to the journal template will be reviewed by reviewers. The final decision on article acceptance is made by the editors based on suggestions from the reviewers.

Generally, potential reviewers will be selected based on their reputation in the number and quality of national publications. In the next step, the editor will send an invitation letter to each prospective reviewer. After the prospective reviewers inform their willingness to review, the editor creates an account for each reviewer and then sends the manuscript through OJS.

To determine originality and suitability for the journal, is there more than 20% plagiarism in this paper? A quick literature search can use certain tools such as Scopus or Sinta to see if there are similarities from other sections.

Peer reviewers are responsible for critiquing by reading and evaluating the manuscript within their area of expertise, then providing constructive suggestions and honest feedback to the authors of the submitted article. Reviewers discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the article, how to improve the strength and quality of the paper, the novelty of the submitted paper, the suitability of the manuscript to the scope of the journal, the contribution of the article to knowledge and evaluate the relevance and originality of the manuscript.
